If you do not live in France (an example,it could be any country That country dose  exist in your reality,only when you go France dose it exist  and your created reality will allow you to experience France and your experiences of France will be completely different to anybody else's. Nobody will experience France exactly as you.So France ,like everything else.is a created reality of the masses experience.

This is why change in its natural purity is constant. It is only mass manipulated consciousness that controls the status que reality.
